I am pleased (and amazed) to announce that the boxes I submitted to the Art/Math Exhibit at the 2013 Joint Math Meetings won “Best Textile, Sculpture, or Other Medium”. To create the boxes  I worked with designs from four great tessellations artists from four continents: Bruce Bilney (Australia), Robert Fathauer (USA), Makoto Nakamura (Japan), and Alain Nicolas (France).
